Finding La Signora's Boss Location 
1.Adventure Rank: Ensure you're at least Adventure Rank 30 to unlock weekly boss fights.
2.Story Progression: You must have completed the Archon Quest Chapter II: Act III - Omnipresence Over Mortals to unlock La Signora's fight.
3.Teleport to Inazuma City: If you're not in Inazuma, teleport to Inazuma City on Narukami Island.
4.Head to Tenshukaku: From Inazuma City, go to Tenshukaku, which is the main palace where the Shogun resides. This is located at the highest point in the city.
5.Enter the Domain: Inside or near Tenshukaku, look for the Trounce Domain named "Narukami Island: Tenshukaku". This domain houses the fight against La Signora. The entrance might be marked by a distinctive gate or area leading underground or into a special arena.
